In short: Viri Clip Studio is a personal desktop tool. It lets the creator Viri Miryoku send their own videos to their own TikTok account as drafts. It isn't offered to the public, and it never posts anything on its own.
1. Who we are
This website (miryoku.dev) and the Viri Clip Studio app are run by the creator known as Viri Miryoku ("we", "us"). You can reach us at viri@miryoku.dev.
2. What Viri Clip Studio does
Viri Clip Studio is a desktop program that runs on the creator's own computer. It makes short videos of custom dresses from the game Dressmaker, and it can upload a finished video to the creator's own TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API. Uploaded videos arrive in the TikTok inbox as drafts. The creator reviews, edits and publishes every post themselves in the TikTok app. The app never publishes, comments, likes, follows or messages.
3. Who may use it
The app is for the creator's own account. It isn't a public service, and there are no sign-ups. If you sign in to the app with TikTok, you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, and you may only upload content you own or have the right to share.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you upload. The app only moves your files from your computer to your TikTok drafts when you ask it to. We don't claim any rights to your content.
5. TikTok
TikTok is a separate service with its own terms and privacy policy. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. You can remove the app's access at any time in TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions (the name may differ slightly between app versions).
6. Dressmaker
Our mods and videos are fan-made. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by the developers or publisher of Dressmaker. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. No warranty
The website and the app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from their use, including lost data or failed uploads.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
